If you're not 100% satisfied - for any reason - simply contact our customer service department within 30 days from receipt of your product at (800) 348-3350.
Then return your purchase, in its original condition and packaging and you'll receive a refund, less shipping, handling, administration fee or restocking fee. Any order canceled within first 48 hours will be subject to 5% administration fee. Any order canceled or returned after 48 hours will be subject to 20% re-stocking fee.
Please note the following:
- Products must be returned in original packaging and in original condition with all accessories included.
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
- Your return must be shipped no later than 10 days after placing your call for a return
If the gym machine is sent back for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to and from our factory.
In the event of a request for return due to a manufacturing defect, an authorized representative must first diagnose the machine and determine that a return is necessary. This diagnosis will generally occur within 3-10 business days after initial contact. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.
