A scrolling display and 18" step height provides both beginner and advanced users more than 240 different motivating and challenging workouts. Because the Star Step employs a unique load control stepping mechanism, the Star Step automatically adjusts resistance to prevent 'cheating'. Workout levels can be adjusted so that the stepping rate can actually exceed more than 300' per minute.
